Licensing

Licensing is based on the number of concurrent users (simultaneously logged in). So even if you have 500 users, you might only need a 50 user license, since not everyone will be logged on at the same time.  There are 2 types of licenses you can purchase:

• 25-100 Users – suitable for most small to medium sized organizations and cost varies according to user numbers. 
• Unlimited Users – this special license gives exceptional value for large organizations who wish to match or even surpass the scale of Elearning franchises with the power of WebSwami.

We offer both annual and perpetual licenses.  Purchasing one of our very affordable perpetual licenses  will mean you won't need to deal with annual renewal headaches.  For an even lower lower cost of entry or if you wish to conduct a pilot study, annual licenses are also available.
